and we found out years later -- i didn't know it originally that there was a a doctor who was a horticulture rail list at rut gears who discovered a -- rutgers who discovered night shades that enduce inflammation. so the misconception is oh my gosh i shouldn't eat any night shades. if you don't have inflammation, it will not -- we don't have scientific proof it will accelerate inflammation and cause it. if you have it which 91% of the population has some form of inflammation, even if it is your oral health, pair yow done tall problems et cetera, it accelerates inflammation. >> in the time we have left tell us what night shades are. can you name a few to avoid specifically? >> absolutely. it is tomatoes, potatoes, peppers all of the peppers red, green, yellow, eggplant, pep recaw, could kian, and things that have the same chemical are goc cry berries, blueberries and huckleberries. you can have rasberries and all of the other berries without problem. you can eat sweet potatoes and yams in assisted of potatoes. eggplant a is in there too. but there are a lot of sub substitutes. you don't have

and quite a big horticultural producer so they have a lot of vegetables that they grow there it's not clear whether that's what's driving the better food outcomes for the netherlands but generally what we're what we find is that they have a more diverse cuisine and that they have less diabetes and obesity than other rich countries too so the focus isn't just on making food cheap and plentiful but also something about the culture or the policies is making people healthier it's it's very interesting we here in the united states it's if you want to go out and buy food prepared food. it's so much cheaper to get something to take chicken for example it's so much easier to get you know wings with with sauce that's just full of fat and sugar and salt and fried and then to get a you know a lean. piece of chicken breast i don't eat chicken but it's just an example i thought why is it that in america junk food the stuff that's really bad for us the stuff the poisons us is cheaper than the stuff that's actually good for us and why is it that the opposite is true apparently in the new ones yeah w
