that's the request you're getting from the house intelligence committee. they sent a letter saying, hey, we would like to see this evidence. please send it by monday, today. they did not include any kind of repercussions or consequences if the department of justice fails to cough up this information. it's likely we can expect to hear more about this, especially from democrats, especially when jim comey comes up to capitol hill next week in the first open public hearing of this house intelligence committee investigation. i would also point out, kate, that you do have another entity asking for this informations well. that is the subcommittee that senator lindsey graham runs part of the judiciary committee on the senate side. he came out last week. i talked to him actually on your show. he said, look, i will subpoena this information if i don't get it. so, you now have multiple entities in congress trying to ask for this very information that, quite frankly, the president said, please go find. so, you know, we'll see how long it takes for this all to come out
