la vega is live at the scene with new video of the flames. good morning, janine. >> reporter: good morning. tori, well, the flames were pretty big and it gutted this twof story house there -- two- story house that appears to have been a fourplex on sullivan. the fire investigator went in to look around. he was waiting for more daylight before he could start to collect some evidence. let's go to some video. here is some exclusive cell phone video of the fire at this two-story fourplex. several people called 911 to report it at 4:30 this morning. when firefighters arrived, they saw heavy smoke and flames on the first and second floor. it took them about 30 minutes to knock it down. during that time, the back wall collapsed. firefighters say they determined that this house was vacant. it had been condemned. they found signs someone had been living there and there was scattered food and debris around. they suspect transients in the area may have set the fire. >> we'll bring in a fire investigator and they will go in from top to bottom and take pictures and try to determine how the fire started. >> reporter: there are several other homes near the fourplex that were red
