howard bernstein is off today but devon lucy is here on the weather terrace without a jacket with our forecast. good morning. >> reporter: it's very mild out here, andrea. good morning to you, too. that's the one good news in our forecast. the bad news is we are going to have to deal with periods of rain, a little drizzle here in the northwest and light showers. live doppler 9,000, college park seeing a few showers, out towards annapolis, maybe watching for the possibility of a thunderstorm between annapolis and baltimore. the satellite and radar together, we've got the heavier showers still out southwest. we'll see that here in a second. the temperatures where you are right now, most of us into the 50s. a couple of 60-degree temperatures. here's that satellite and radar together with the heaviest storm west of here. that is still to move towards washington. i think we've got a shot at the thunderstorms through the day. we'll have an exact look at thes from in the 7-day outlook in a little while. >> thank you, devon. listen up, everybody. on the capitol beltway we have the disabled ve
