we begin with howard bernstein because we're on the upside of the downpours of yesterday. >> the downpours are leaving quickly. they are in delaware and pennsylvania and points knot and east. we have a little rain, drizzle, spotty showers through the morning, but this afternoon promises to return sunshine and a decent start. so a 50/50 week. get you going with a look at what's on the computer. we have another batch of heavy rain overnight. still have a little upper spin in southern virginia, north carolina and until that passes we will have the threat of showers through the morning and then once that passes this actual our weather will improve. the heavy rains across eastern pennsylvania, jersey up 95 this morning up to new york. eastern new york state, parts of new england will be very difficult but at least the plume of tropical moisture is east of the area and that ends our heavy rain threat. locally we can go back and show
