joining me now is howard dean, an msnbc contributor and former chairman of the dnc and elyse jordan isstart with you, mr. dean. when it comes to expectations, many are saying that it depends who shows up on either side, which version of the candidates. what can we expect to see based on what we know about how they are preparing? >> i can tell you -- since i don't know how either one are preparing, i would guess that donald trump -- donald trump doesn't know anything. that's his problem. hillary will run circles around him in terms of the facts. the public wants a president who knows what the facts are. donald trump makes them up and doesn't know anything. i think that's going to be clear on monday night. >> i have to ask you, mr. dean, i spoke with his policy adviser who said yesterday he will be a presidential controlled candidate you will see on the debate stage. if you say that's the case, that hillary clinton is going to run circles around him, do you think that's going to open up the door at all for him to get personal, for him to bring up or continue this genernifer flowers type
