howard dixon, as we have reported, is the driver who allegedly took $4,000 cash from the mayor, put it in his bank account, and, at her request, used it to make the payment on her american express card. one of dixon's lawyers call that a regurgitation of the old and contains the same legal flaws. this could push back her trial date scheduled for early september. the mayor issued a statement a short time ago. >> city hall is responding via e-mail. just a few moments ago, we caught up with the mayor. here's what she had to say. [no audio] >> that is what my focus has been and will continue to be. >> do you feel any different this time around considering the circumstances and where the prosecution is supposedly getting their information from? >> still no different. again, i am just staying focused. >> is it hard to stay focused when you have to deal with this popping up a second time? >> it is like anything else. it makes you stronger and i am determined to get through this and not stop when i undoing because this is a great city and we're doing great things here and i am going to continu
