. >> jenna: howard kurtz is joining us now. he was asked by the others to renegotiate. that is how he is putting it out there. you say this symbolizes something the media does not really understand about donald trump. what is it? >> the media default setting when it comes to donald trump is that he is erratic on foreign policy, bounces around, takes unrealistic positions, makes threats he does not carry out. this is kind of contrast to the way most politicians speak in carefully calibrated faces, but this is the message of this man, donald trump the dealmaker, and we saw this in the weight nafta played out particularly with the early weeks to "politico" and cnn that not only was donald trump ready to terminate the agreement right now with the executive order signed within days. >> jenna: right, in we never saw it. right, as you point out, the whole even question about nafta came out because of leaks out of the white house, it seems. >> very orchestrated leaks in my view which resulted in the leaders of mexico and canada calling the white house, getting the president on

stage as he faces new criticism from the media and his foreign policy approach pewter to me now, howard kurtz, fox news media analyst, that was the topic of your color this week, will he talk us into a war? what do you make of this coverage? >> clearly, the president is taking a much more aggressive stance both militarily and in terms of his foreign policy than his predecessor did particularly after a terrorist attack like the one in paris, we saw this during the campaign, orlando and san bernardino. he's make his job to examine what is the trump policy, that is for the media, but when the near times yesterday in a news story said, will he talk himself into a war? i thought that showed an underlying distrust of just what kind of commander in chief donald trump is and will be. >> jenna: does bring up an interesting question, these are important to ask from any administration. what is fair to ask about the foreign policy of a new president and what do you think does, and she just used in that example, skewed toward editoria? >> certainly after the air strikes in syria which even liberal element

howard kurtz, it's that failure to act quickly enough that has some calling for regulation of facebook look, this is not the first time extreme violence has been posted, but it's just kept up there so long. >> right. facebook blew it. and the magnitude of mark zuckerberg's problem, and i appreciated the tone of his comments just there is that the shorthand on tv is the facebook killer. it should not take almost three hours to take down a content showing an act of violence as you mentioned this has happened before in cases of sexual assault, one case of torture, and i think that facebook has to do something about this facebook live where anybody can post and generally that's a good thing. except when you have evil people posting acts of violence. liz: definitely evil. look, they're clearly in need of a better system. that's quite obvious. it's just that they can't seem to be flagged quickly enough. now you have people calling for regulation of this. censorship, who knows. but some people are extremely disturbed by merely the fact -- they don't blame facebook for a murder. they blame fac
