[inaudible] significant ly reduce the risk. under the proposal and ordinance which is 3 year rental assist nss project care not cash participant engaged in 3 acts of failure to comply will be ineligible to [inaudible] submit a annual report describing the effectiveness there of. individuals who receive the rental assistance must reinstate during the first muchckt the sanction paerd to reestablish a incorp xh source that allows th
