and i lived for a decade with hsa and i saw my own behaviors change knowing once that money hit thatccount, used the word my, that was my money, that was dear to me and i was very, very, careful about spending it and made choices that, you know, you might not think from income level or anything. i was very cautious about spending that, became a really consumer. i've told the story before, my doctor had wanted me to get an echocardiogram and stress test, just as a routine thing, they wanted to charge me $5500. normally if i had a regular old ppo plan, oh, go for it. it was an hour long negotiation on that one. eventually leading me to tear the wristband off my wrist and walk out of the hospital and say that's outrageous, i'm not paying the cash discount of $3500 for it. i wouldn't have done that without my hsa and that was money my company had put in there, but it was mine. that's what. and so, the-- we are very supportive of efforts to strengthsen hsa's, to allow more money to be put in there, hsa money to be used for more preventive services to expand those, i think it's a critical
