inspired by the success of hsh youth blitz -- this is not my favourite term -- hsh made the number of adults served through coordinated entry who are lgbtq plus representative of the proportion of those populations reflective of the 2019 point in time coincident. scount.we want that number set d we're setting targets to get there. in permanent support of housing, under federal housing law, there are no set-asides allowed in housing, based on soji. we can't restrict to popular subpopulations. however, hsh can and will provide dedicated outreach and marking to phs eligible individuals that self-identify as lgbtq plus to ensure their awareness is there when the lgbtq plus community has openings in psh welcoming and inclusive. and as lgbtq plus individuals continue to access and be appropriately prioritized by coordinated entry, we would expect to see an increase in the lgbtq plus representation in our ph system and we'll be watching this closely. i want to address problem-solving, which has the lowest representation of lgbtq plus ar accessing that service. this is for a number of service

i wonder in you would glean any information from our coordinated entry system with hsh. were you able to look at any of the information that they are imputting about the individuals that are living on the streets with conditions that might need a conservatorship in any way? >> we looked at overall population numbers but not individual numbers. is that the question you're asking? or individual cases? >> i'm just trying to understand when you were talking about the population in need, it sounds like there's difficulty getting there in terms of the numbers and i'm trying to understand why and i'm wondering if there's any information out there that might have that information or some of that information. >> i mean that might be something an angelica could address. i don't know hsh would gather deep information about people's mental health needs as a part of the coordinated entry assessment. >> i do want to say we talk later in policy options with working with the whole-person care team and high user population, doing more evaluation of that. what we were saying, conservators

experience of single people who are struggling with the tragedy of homelessness and so that's not lost on hsh and i want to note that any time i talk about data, we talk about individuals on a daily basis in our department and we need to be able to pull up the big picture to use data to drive better policy. in this case, not that we have an expanded data set with coordinated entry for youth coming online and setting targets in the adult population, we have some early analysis that lets us know the following. so for all populations for lgbtq individuals, we see that they're scoring 7% higher than their non-lgbtq counterparts which would indicate they are 20% more to be prioritized. and this is a positive early data point. and for tae, for tgnc young people, they are 53% more likely to be prioritized than peers. >> say that again, please. >> say both of them? >> lgbq people -- >> all lgbq people experiencing hopelessness, if assessed are 7% more likely to make it into -- >> are 7% likely to score higher. and then i want to get to that, because that's a fundamentally complicated thing. it means

she never xplaexplained who hsh and why she's running for president.tics and public policy as well as others. harris did not give voter a clear sense why she's running. is that a fair assessment, in your mind? >> i do think that it's a fair assessment, alex. i was on-set when kamala harris had her big announcement, 20,000 people showed up and i was invigorated and i think a lot of other was. since then she'd had a lot of mixed messages. had not really found a way to talk clearly about her prosecutorial record and flip-flops around medicaid for all. she's had a distinct issue getting her message out. not to mention the fact there's been a systematic attack by right wing trolls and racists who tried to take down her campaign through social media. she's had an unfortunate mixed bag now. >> and peter, what do you make of the negative coverage of her campaign? she came out in the first campaign swinging and garnered her support? >> certainly did. co-author of the "new york times" piece have writtant one of the best articles about the internal dysfunction of
