um hsh staffing and french benefits or roughly 6.and that includes our administrative staff as well as direct direct service workers that work at hs a. h s. h such as some of our clinical staff and transportation staff. the other thing i would note is that we are working toward, um um, improving our data so that we can more clearly show you how the budget is organized by population. but in general what we track now is that about 10% of our budget is solely dedicated to family services and 8% to youth. there are other sources within that additional 92% going to families and youth , and we're working as our budget team is being staffed to try to provide additional information to you going forward about that allocation. next slide. this gives you a high level view of how our expenditures are budgeted by, you know categories that the city uses in its budget process and its accounting process. 70% goes to direct grants to nonprofit service providers about 89 million, or 13% is budgeted in a programmatic project. that could be a multi year

department of homelessness and supportive housing here before you with a resolution that authorize hsh to enter into the first amendment to the grant agreement with third street youth center clinic at the transitional age youth navigation center at 888 post street. to give you a sense of how this navigation center fits in with our system, these navigation centers, one of hsh8 navigation centers with capacity of 920 households. the lower polk navigation center is the only youth focused navigation center and offer services tailored to young adults. the navigation center is one of eight youth shelter sites with total of 261 beds. the site open in 2021 with 43 beds and are expanded to full capacity of 75 beds. the proposed amendment would extend our contract with third street until june 30, 2026 and increase the not to exceed amount by $10.8 million for total not to exceed amount of $20.7 million. the grant agreement includes supportive services and shelter operation. a little more detail about the program itself, the program serves young adults experiencing homelessness befween the ages o

first i want to thank das and hsh and departments who worked on this report. they are thing this is of course we have been hearing from seniors and people with disables in the community for decades. but having it written down clear, tieed the data, having a government recommendation about this is really a significant moment. and so we hope that you will then take the information in here and talk to clothe and make sure it gets implemented. i appreciate supervisor steph no's question what is cost of not implementing? and we can get information after the cost to implement but we then and there if we don't implement the recommendations we have more of when we are seeing which is seniors and people with disabilities cannot ford what is so called affordability housing and people get evicted for not paying rent. we have the cycle of spending city money without meeting needs. people have a decline in health and useings health care services. people end up on the streets and using home little service. we are asking for 500 thousand to start a program start with 28 unit

airport and hsh, mta, human rights commission and the clerk of the board and there are 2 public members one seat is open. and the main responsibles of this committee and the 4 staff in my office this supports the committee are to create the 5 year technology plan sets a vision and strategy for the achieving our technology goals over the next 5 years we just drafted our reason plan this year and go before the board in the next few months. we annually review budget requests for it projects and do portfolio management on those projects example then finally but certainly one of our most important role system to develop technology policies and standards that help departments in responsibly using tech medicaling and making sure it is accessible and safe for the general public. >> so a bit of background on the knowledge digital inclusion standard, the standard was passed boy the committee in november of 2021. i will note this as the director, i joined the office that following january so i was not very involved or i was not involved at all in the drafting of the standard. and have little infor

24 1st an additional health and recovery financing to fund um both department of public health and hsh projects, and then too, there's a potential for a pass financing and then lastly, we're also monitoring the interest rate environment to see if we can take advantage of market rates for a geo bondra funding. happy to answer any questions about our upcoming financing. i just have one what does pass? funding sure, it's the preservation in seismic safety loan program. it's the loan program that that was repurposed . um more recently in this would be the third issue once of that repurpose program. um it varies between taxable and tax exempt the tax exempt rates that we just received as about 3.5% and then just over 5% for the tax balls. i think in looking at the entire portfolio, there are some financing with higher kind of four in 5% coupons on the tax exempt side. that might be candidates for a funding. we're still a ways off and just kind of early stages of evaluating. we haven't brought a financing team on board for this yet. thank you. thank you. and for the final item here we have t
