first i want to thank das and hsh and departments who worked on this report. they are thing this is of course we have been hearing from seniors and people with disables in the community for decades. but having it written down clear, tieed the data, having a government recommendation about this is really a significant moment. and so we hope that you will then take the information in here and talk to clothe and make sure it gets implemented. i appreciate supervisor steph no's question what is cost of not implementing? and we can get information after the cost to implement but we then and there if we don't implement the recommendations we have more of when we are seeing which is seniors and people with disabilities cannot ford what is so called affordability housing and people get evicted for not paying rent. we have the cycle of spending city money without meeting needs. people have a decline in health and useings health care services. people end up on the streets and using home little service. we are asking for 500 thousand to start a program start with 28 unit

24 1st an additional health and recovery financing to fund um both department of public health and hsh projects, and then too, there's a potential for a pass financing and then lastly, we're also monitoring the interest rate environment to see if we can take advantage of market rates for a geo bondra funding. happy to answer any questions about our upcoming financing. i just have one what does pass? funding sure, it's the preservation in seismic safety loan program. it's the loan program that that was repurposed . um more recently in this would be the third issue once of that repurpose program. um it varies between taxable and tax exempt the tax exempt rates that we just received as about 3.5% and then just over 5% for the tax balls. i think in looking at the entire portfolio, there are some financing with higher kind of four in 5% coupons on the tax exempt side. that might be candidates for a funding. we're still a ways off and just kind of early stages of evaluating. we haven't brought a financing team on board for this yet. thank you. thank you. and for the final item here we have t
