we agree hsh and if you look at hsh website they provide tremendous amount of their operation. they are very transparent in terms of the data they capture and stated consistent with their strategic plan they will develop and provide and track metric that roll up to the strategic plan. they stated in november 2023 seek to design home by the bay performance measurem plan and lastly stated the scorecard wasn't the appropriate place to track subpopulation data because there is too many subpopulations and are they worked to develop and formulate strategies. from the jury standpoint , we go back to a survey by the san francisco chronicle in september 2022. the chronicle surveyed 1600 residents and asked what is the number one priority for the city and those residents identified homelessness as the number one important issue for the city. now, today that may be different. maybe it is safety, maybe it is city budget, but clearly homelessness is up there in terms of top of mind and things that residents are concerned about. the city performs scorecard to us is a place where resident can

hsh is exploring this. i know there are some large gaps in the data regarding just tracking where clients go when they exit these prevention-shelter hygiene programs. the shelter hygiene programs are low barrier so there is effort going forward to figuring how we can track better track the destinations of these people once they are leaving these low barrier programs that they are entering. and then, lastly we have mental health where we note it is unavailable. you can read more about mental health client outcomes. they actually have their own collection of dashboards they published this year and they also have dashboards that break down like sort and skirt. those programs, their positive outcome rate was, as well as more details on those clients that were served. but i know that they are also looking into a way to track positive outcomes that can be shared back in our report that we are sharing out. so, that was a little fast, but everything you need to explore and hopefully get your questions answered you
