and another thing, for me as a person of family that have been tlut hsh thing before, before it was hsh i've been involved with this a long time. the first building that they've had there in the bay view, you know, just, making sure that when information is passed to your office, making sure that you're getting all the information about the person. because for me, i suffer from mental illness and drug addiction, and i was put in to three different supportive housing units that was uncomfortable and not safety me and my doctors put letters. and i would like for that information, when that information get to hsh that they read all of that information and they go by that. not to say that it took a long time, but i'm very happy where i am right now, i'm very comfortable. i don't feel depressed, when i'm upset, i don't go outside and walk. i don't have people hanging outside my house selling drugs. and majority of all of your buildings those are the type of places that they're in and it's hard for a person that has been through a life, you know, doing drugs and mental illness to survive in t

came and went then hsh promised it would be issued by the summer of 2023 that promise was made in a budget hearing in these chambers. that date came and went when we followed up and then we were told that nofa would be issued by the end of the calendar year 2023 that year came and went and finally after we submitted the topic as our every few months mayoral question time topic, we were told that the nofa would be issued by the february of this year. that date came and went with all of these blown ded lines we brought the issue to the intention of chronicle and just hours after the chronicle published their story on friday february 16th, we received an email hsh department of homelessness and supportive housing notifying that the funding availability was officially posted online. so we were, thrilled to see that critical step being taken to finally fund funds forward and get these repairs done but we still have no explanation as to why it took so long. i think our constituent take that i hope we get some answers today in this hearing and give an opportunity for rso residents to have

and that actually does work, and i'm working now that i'm doing all this work working closely with hsh to instill the same types of processes in place so that they're what we one of the things we've planned to do in the next coming year is to have the tenant right to counsel folks, come to all the service providers that are on site and make sure that all the service providers, property management and services work closely together to ensure that in subsidized housing, that in fact, if someone is receiving a notice, they understand hand what is on the notice and that who that they would connect with to get legal representation. and that's in their best interest. not to ignore what's going on because they do have a very good chance of winning. and so it's really important to be able to move forward on that. so that process of creating a connection to inform us actually does work. i've been doing it now for a long time. thank you. thank you so much, supervisor prestigious. i wanted to express my appreciation, for folks here, for the presentation and for all the wonderful work that you've
