comptroller hsu: there has been no discrimination.iscrimination against moderate income households, and that for institutions is in a bunch of different areas. community development for central institutions are mission focused. they are designed to focus on underserved communities and this new cra rule does do that for partners that are crediting them. the proposal, it does that, through the presumption that treasuries provide. there is a lot of transaction services that will qualify. there are incentives. this is positively viewed of the cfi activity. these institutions know those communities really well and there are partnerships that can be achieved on the cfi front. again, just call on the commission to meet unique challenges there and ensure that there are incentives there for that. also kind of disaster prevention. -- are particularly vulnerable to droughts, precipitation, and there is a mechanism to approach that. everything needs as a community, it ensures that the ecosystem is described, we define what that means, and with ge
