reaction from mike huckabee. governor is this officially his mess? >> it has been his mess for a long time, but he just will not own it. it is in the back seat of his car. he does not fully recognize that he said, not somebody else, not george bush, he said give me this incredible bill and we will never see unemployment go above 8%. since that time that we have committed this money the fact is, unemployment has continued to go to record highs. it has been an abject failure because you cannot manipulate the economy by a bunch of government spending and borrowing that scares the heck out of investors to know that there is not going to be -- neil: as bad as the numbers were, they were steadily improving. they had been sliding down month after month we are still losing jobs but the number had been cut in half. then this past month boom. what is going on here? >> it is a tough month. part of it is that the confidence of the consumer is simply not coming back yet. a lot of people have lost jobs. let's take this out of the context of the politics, did obama
