think of health and human services also, we are in a child care crisis right now across the country and we are seeing severe cuts in those parts of the agency also. so i see a lot of other battles taking place but i do think the medicaid battle will stand out. >> and you mentioned the cuts to scientific research that are happening nih, cbc and other agencies and that's trickling down to universities. >> yes, it is. >> pretty much every state, i'm sure you're hearing in your state about that. refer i remember it was a friday night, i think the one before, it's amazing how much we hear about the actions this administration taking on, you know, friday night, over the weekend, et cetera, because i think they take advantage of the fact that, you know, people are present to give immediate reaction and to try to get further information but i remember hearing on a friday night that nih said they were going to cut the reimbursement for indirect costs of research to 15%. ongoing research as well as perspectively. so people who institutions, who have budgeted research expecting a certain amount of
