that's really, really humid. 13 is the dew point. relative humidity at 13%. we don't see these levels very often. and we'll enjoy them. north wind at 3 miles per hour. 30.34 and rising is your barometer reading. 55 in oakland. 61 in elkton. 62 in the nation's capital. and 58 in pax river and ocean city, at 55, where the winds are coming in at 10 miles per hour. the winds have been somewhat fluctuating between a northeasterly flow, blowing from the northeast. and a flow right on down from the north. and as a result of that, we do have a coastal flood advisory in effect for all of the shores really along the bay, through midnight. just because the flow has been pushing up along the banks. maybe 1 to 2 feet above average height, could cause some low- level flooding. but that will be for a very short time. what we're watching, though, is this next storm system. monday into tuesday. we'll start to see the clouds increase. tuesday into wednesday, a better chance of rain. this system has mixed precipitation up toward iowa and back toward the dakotas, where snow has
