we're humid, though, that humid air mass continues to build in and we look at the dewpoint temperature sells us how much humidity is in the air. right now 69 degrees, tomorrow similar numbers upper 60's to around 70 so what does that mean to you? here's what it will feel like. it will have that oppressive feel to the air mass of the hot and humid conditions sunday which help fuel showers and storms. now much of the midatlantic is under the severe threat tomorrow. all the areas shaded in yell low. the area in orange across west virginia, ohio, that's the best bet to see some strong to severe thunderstorms so even here especially late in the day and at night the potential for some strong damaging wind gusts, heavy rain and potential for some hail. the reason why, as the warm front moves through that purges in more humidity and heat. we have a couple disturbances ride along in the jet stream. that helps trigger showers and storms. monday still with the cold front moving through we can't rule out some showers maybe even a thunderstorm and finally monday evening, monday late we clear things
