humidity up to 91%.wn at the inner harbor, 81 degrees and those are overnight low temperatures. always a bad sign when those lows aren't able to drop down. you know it's going to get hotter as we head towards the afternoon. dew points play a big factor in the forecast today. it kept our temperatures pretty mild overnight and the temperatures can't drop below the dew point so 71 at b.w.i. thurgood marshall. that's very humid air that's pushed back in. only slightly higher as you push through the mountains. and we are expecting this to take a toll on the temperatures as we head towards the afternoon. you take the heat, factor it in. it feels even hotter. here's the pattern that we have right now. while we are starting off with mostly dry conditions over baltimore, dry as in no precipitation, not dry with the humidity, we are seeing a couple of showers and thunderstorms down to our south. a line moving through west virginia right now and even stronger storms crossing over from indiana into northern kentucky
