if you have investors sitting across from the community, if you have business owners across from huntsman and senators and elected officials to talk about this community and has not seen, what needs to see. and that's how i'm going to transform. we talk about the account, we talk about the spirit of legislation. economic development but it's also community development, social impact so the people inside the community can remain and benefit from the revitalization going on in the community. we've seen tremendous results already because of opportunities. the president said this is unprecedented. we have not seen this empowerment before an investment standpoint, from an incentive standpoint but also from a unity standpoint, or people who don't talk, don't work together, don't convened together come together for the first time, america and that's what we're seeing and i'm so blessed and humble. we only have six opportunity zones but they have one of the best that i've seen, there are two hotels going up in downtown outside opportunity zones on the marriott and i think it's the springhill suit
