nbc bay area cheryl hurd has more on the latest. >> reporter: well, police were at the home where they arrested 22-year-old anthony corinsic. tonight, people who live in this quiet neighborhood near massachusetts and alameda in redwood city were told to stay indoors because police believe they found the man they have been searching for since saturday. >> just before 9 p.m., they located the man they believed to be the suspect, anthony korinsic, who is believed to have stabbed his girlfriend, who was stabbed 37 times. police say this was not the first time they responded to a domestic call at straw's home. police arrested him back in september. he was charged with felony assault and domestic violence for allegedly hitting intervist the face and tried to choke her with a pillow. he pled no contest, and was ordered to spend 60 days in jail and stay away from straw. >> we are aware she received notifications he was back in public. >> but that notification may not have been enough. police eventually convinced him to give up, leaving a quiet neighborhood on edge. >> we were pretty scared. an
