and hussein ibish. ambassador let me begin with you. the u.s. is hoping for a peace agreement by the end of april and here is what secretary kerry had to say about that on thursday. >> the time is soon arriving where leaders are going to have to make difficult decisions. we are close to that time, if not at it. and i think we understand the circumstances within which we are working. >> ambassador, leaders on all sides of these questions have void making these -- voided have void making these decisions. to operate in a way that does not blow out of the water what it is that secretary kerry has been trying to achieve. he just announced that he wants a framework agreement which to mean makes good sense. it follows the pattern that was followed in many camp david, you get a framework that serves as a negotiated treaty. and this is why secretary kerry is saying the time is now here when the leadership on both sides has to face up to the tough issues on the six or seven major questions he outlined, which i think is a good strategy and a solid one but
