the victor commissioner hwang's point, the issue involving domestic violence and one-day suspension, it would be great if we can get an update to make sure that particular victim was followed up with and a report can be issued there. that is apart of a pattern that abusers will use is they have a better relationship with law enforcement if there's no followup. given there was failure here, it would be great to hear that there was followup and a police report. so that would be great. and the other question that i have is with regard to the unlawful arrests. number two of the april statistical report. the person was unlawfully detained and arrested. if the officer followed procedure, the unlawful arrest wouldn't have occurred. that can do the moefts damage -- the most damage we were talking about. i don't know if there's written -- if this level of discipline was requested by the occ. it seems based on the small amounts of fact we have to be a very light, even though it's a written reprimand, it seems as though it's an unlawful arrest to merit greater discipline. >> this is a case from
