that is when police did respond to the hyatt at the bellevue in center city.ice did begin their investigation there again around 7:00. now, police were called to the building for reports of people running on the rooftop. according to police, at the scene last night, when they arrived, they found at least two people, a man and a woman with smoke bombs, a suspicious liquid and camera equipment. now, a man and woman were taken into custody for unauthorized access to the roof. sources say the two are in their 20's and they wanted to take pictures on the roof of the bellevue using the smoke bombs as a smoke effect for the photographs. now, back outer here live like we said they still remain here at central detectives where they are being interviewed by homeland security. they're still trying to figure out if they will be charged. they could receive a summons or they could receive a charge of burglary. again, like we said, they're still trying to sort all this out but it looks like at this time that the couple wanted to take photographs on top of the roof. we hope t
