of their systems go offline so because of their refinery being at a loss for error clearing the hydrogen and they have been burning and off it, it is that chain reaction because the gases that are usually is to turn the oil into fuel is getting back up in the chambers and machines from what used to process it and it is causing a situation where they have to get the gas out or it the it factory will explode severe use the devices that actually burning off some of the gases to relieve pressure inside of the machinery and that is why there's a huge fire coming out of one of the smokestacks that can be seen for miles and miles around the refinery. it is exploring black smoke into some of the neighborhoods and the strong winds blowing into the north, that stream of smoke is actually going at a 45 degree angle and spreading very rapidly into the areas around here and some of it is going out into the surrounding neighborhoods of the bay area air quality experts are measuring the inequality and tried to measure how dangerous it is, this is what that figure does so far, this is a level to health
