i always knew i was big, but i didn't know i was that big and seeing that picture of myself, i didn't#3) i always wanted to lose weight i just didn't know how to do it. i wanted to be able to like, go to the mall and just buy clothes like normal people do. i think the ddp yoga has given us a hobby that we've never had before. this has even brought us closer together just every day when we do the workouts. i remember us, like, doing some of the moves and we'd get so discouraged about not being able to do it, but we would work on it and keep working on it and we would eventually get it and we would be like "oh, my gosh look what we can do."
