[applause] now we begin the next portion of our program. we will begin to talk and discuss all of our incredible honorees tonight. the first is in the field of business. the first on a region that will be maria gallo, who unfortunately cannot be here with us tonight, but we have the executive director of the latino community foundation to accept this award on her behalf.
