today, it is great to see you all of you here this morning i feel i should probably take 10 seconds and explained my arrival in a rolling vehicle. i think many of you have heard that, but maybe some of you hadn't, i had an accident on december 30 on a bike and i have a broken pelvis and hip socket. and am in a rolling means of transportation for some time. so, it was very painful initially, it is much better now, but i am very thankful to be able to carry on and be here today. so what do i find satisfying? there are so many elements of the work i am doing today that are satisfying and first of all, i have always liked new challenges, and get bored very quickly when things become routine and i guarantee you there is not a lot of routine in the job i am in today. and i really enjoy that, i really appreciate that. i was raised in a home that highly valued serving and serving others, and that has been really part of my whole life is, service. in a multitude of different ways and i never would have predicted being here, little more than two years ago, but when the opportunity arose, i could not, i could not say no. and, i enjoy the peo
