and i tried so desperately to convince people i was innocent. to make it look like a suicide. i mean, my husband had been suicidal. he had a history of being suicidal. so i figured that would be the easiest way. make it look like he did it. >> how did you do it? how did he die? >> i shot him. i shot him. i wish i could go back. in one stupid moment i destroyed everything. it didn't mean anything to me and i lost everything i thought i was going to keep. i lost my husband. and he was a good man. like i said, he did not deserve what i did to him. i lost my daughters. >> she told us she regrets the past but she's also moving on. >> i still face the consequences of what i did. but i don't go around piled down with that guilt any more. yes, i'm guilty but god has forgiven me. >> but rupel told us her religious conversion wasn't easy. >> we had these ladies that would come in to do a bible study. i have to say, i hated them. they come in with their cheery little faces, smiling, telling me everything will be all right. everything will be all right. jes

i tried to get out of her territory as quick as i thought.ught maybe she would leave me alone. i turned and she was right behind me. that's when i turned and said, running from a wild animal is not going to happen. i am not going to outrun it. i turned and stopped and that's when she first lunged for me. i was lucky she was the size she was, because i was able to strike her in the head a few times. the second time i hit her, she fell down on to all fours and i was able to grab a rock. i threw that at her. that made her more aggressive. so she came at me again. i tried to be as aggressive as i could be thinking she would back down. luckily, she stopped attacking me and that's when i calmed down and start the barking up and tried to get some space between us. she charged me a few times and turned and went back to her cubs. i was able to run the rest of the way to the car. >> how did you get the frame of mind to stop running and to turn around, because i think for a lot of us, the reaction would be fight or flight, to flee and get out of there.

>> i tried to be hopeful because i have children. we have these discussions that we're having now because they have seen all the things that i've seen. i've taken them to all of these places. we have these discussions. they're mostly about the environment and where we're headed. we just got back from mexico couple of days ago. we report to vallarta -- puerta vallarta. there are not that many fish. my daughter wants to be a marine biologist. he said the coral is dead because the chinese fishermen pay the mexican fisherman to take the sharks out because of a shark fin soup. the sharks bp. fish so they go crazy and the of the coral so the coral betting is that. there are no fish. we're swimming around the bed and it is dead. how do you answer yourself in that? my daughter wants to do that because she wants to be a marine biologist. she is a vegetarian. she is serious. you look at that and think there are others who will grow up and make this their calling. you feel like, are we too late? have we missed that window where we can step back

but even then i tried to be, i try to step back from it. and i particularly am allergic to this idea that the reason you're not getting better is because you're not thinking positively enough. i think actually that's part of the reason i wrote this book. there are so many self-help books out there about cancer that say that. unit, you're not giving better enough, you're not doing the right thing, you're not fighting hard enough. i think i'm very allergic to the. i start on my conversation saying i'm not going to go there. if that's where you want to be, that's your decision as a patient that i respect that decision but for me to say that as a doctor i think it creates a kind of cycle of blame that are really want to avoid. thank you. i tried to be as high a level as possible, and hopefully our conversation can be as specific as we choose, and i kind come back if we need more specificity -- i can come back. i believe by president chiu and the mayor's office to change these licenses to the march timeline. that means, let me make sure i got this right. the september bill will be able to be pro rated because the legislation will be held, and for people who normally get a 12-month bill and, in august, we would be sending them a bill that gives them only to march, so in february when we send out the next bill, which is really do at the end of march, we will look at pro rating it for september as well as march. subsequently, the next cycle of billing, we would have a nine- month cycle. we would slowly bring everybody on board to a 12-month cycle, so it is a slow uptick to 2013 for both the legislative process, which we cannot do anything until the legislation and the codes are changed. in addition, it facilitates a little bit of it easing businesses, as well. i am sure there are lots of questions, so i will continue, and tha

i tried to interview o'malley and i tried to interview everybody. i think lenin, because of his, because he was involved with law so deeply in beating up to the 2002 scandal, saw what was happening in boston. i think he generally wanted to forge the settlement, which he eventually did with the -- but i think he has this idea that you can simply close parishes and sell them and people will move on and they will forget about it. one of the parishes in boston -- i think it was our lady star of the sea, was closed, suppressed and they sold it for $800,000 with lemon's approval and barely a month later the commercial photographer who bought it afflicted for $2.6 million. so this is just sloppy management, you know. it is ignorance, incompetence. why was he sent to cleveland? because they had to send them somewhere. wants to become a bishop, you are in the fraternity and they deal with one another with just over leaning respect. that is why we need a justice system in the church. yes, sir. did you have a question? >> yes. from this book and others, i woul
