information assurance training. these are great programs to fit into an i.t.hop but they believe they are experts when they are done. the challenge is to present a program that is applicable to the skill set you need. i have seen this misfire were people show up and say i have this degree therefore i am a cyber security expert. the complication is so much different than information insurance. it is an important role. it is not cyber security. the challenge for academia's to make sure people understand where they fit into the security and what those differences are. we are talking about millions of light of milk -- lines of malicious code of that spread when they get into your network. that is much more of a difficult task than your information insurance. >> i think there's something like 100 + committees in the congress that are involved. there really should be a consolidation of them. i think there has to be seen some source were the maximum authority of the government is expressed in clear terms to get it out. i do agree with what he said. you have to get th
