, i've got my three kids in the car, we're meant to be in ibiza sitting by the pull and enjoying halfs the most turbulent, badly organised days that i've ever experienced in britain andi that i've ever experienced in britain and i was quite embarrassed by it to be honest. i realised when such a major it infrastructure goes wrong, that's going to cause massive repercussions. i understand that, i get that, don't think anyone really had problems about their flights being cancelled today, that's fine, it's one of those things but the lack of communication all day. there wasn't a single tannoy announcement, not one single tannoy announcement all day in the main departures terminal. we didn't have a single member of staff talk to us at any point to explain what was going on, i think point to explain what was going on, ithinka point to explain what was going on, i think a lot of the staff didn't know what to do, it wasn't even relayed down to them from above about what the issues were. i can't understand why we were even checked in this morning, i got there at 9:30am this morning with the ki
