this is actually flight aware, patch of icelandair flight, 828 inaugural from philadelphia airport to ice land was well on its way until these technical problems caused the plane to u turn to boston. spokesperson says it was a full flight and student safety experts give that plane the all clear they will get these passengers back on their way to ice land. one of the passengers was jim and rahel, on board was philadelphia mayor jim kenney. mayor's office says he is spending night in boston as well. this first ever direct flight from philadelphia to iceland started with fanfare inside ph l wednesday night including champagne, taking pictures. well, two and a half hours in the flight passengers said they knew something was wrong there was an announcement being made and plane turned around for boston. then they found themselves in long lines, for hotel vouchers "eyewitness news" caught up with one passengers on the phone this morning from lancaster and headed to iceland for a conference. lets take a listen. >> people are tired, and a little worried but for the most part it is just calm. n
