what if you say, where is your id? does that sort of information get passed so if someone comes into contact with a cognitive disability and they are being uncooperative giving their drivers license, that maybe i should get their id. does that information come across? >> that is one of the sides we need to work on because there is a lot of theoretical information in the training and there is some scenarios, but it's not integrated into every course. so there is many courses where we have scenarios and other courses where we don't. so, i think that's really one of our big next challenges is to make sure that that exact thing being replicated in all of these other areas that we are able to talk that through and if the officers get a chance to practice that and that there is a collective feedback given. part of that is not having paid staff for this. one big shift that did happen is we got administrative staff from the police department and that has helped hugely because it's a lot to coordinate and put all of this stuff
