so we bring in igor volsky and sally pipes, president and ceo of the pacific research institute. ow, igor, he doesn't have to do this. i mean there, may be a million reasons to support or argue about obama care. we may get to 800,000 of them tonight, but he doesn't have to do this, and it's so easy to know people did not get rebates. the rebates went to the businesses. why does he do this? he just puts himself in jeopardy. >> larry, the businesses roll it over to the employee. i get my health insurance through my employer. i got a check for the rebate. it's rolled over, but the bottom line is because of the law, health care plans now -- >> you don't get a check from the business. >> i did. >> i should have brought it with me. >> i wish you had. >> larry, but i did. i did get a check, because, look, now insurers are providing services more efficiently. they have to take your premium dollars and spend it on health care rather than administrative costs, and that's the bottom line. that's the savings obama is talking about. >> i don't agree with that, but let me bring in sally pipes.
