they are opposed to southern illinois. i think we need to invest in carbon capture and will reduce the co2 emission and we do need to invest in solar and if there's not a lot of wind in southern illinois if you look at the one map there's not much wind but there is a lot of fun and a lot of opportunity for solar here as well. if you make that happen we have to pass an infrastructure bill. the people that are in power now including mr. bost the control the house and senate and white house and still have an instructor build on if we have an environmentally friendly transportation system whether it's better roads we get better gas mileage and our cars not being torn up or environment of the efficient water system that people are so desperate for here in southern illinois or have access to solar we have to do the research or investment to update our electrical grid and that is not happening. the power they now have no excuse for it but instead of putting 2 trillion into our impish lecture that will be good for the environment
