im gary, cheryl and corey with you.. you're definitely going to want to get a head start today. traffic could be slow because of road conditions. belen is here for marty today - belen we just have to get through today and then we'll warm up. one person was seriously hurt in that wreck at i-70 and vasquez. it happened just after midnight. but traffic was stop and go there when we were there. early in the afternoon evergreen was the scene of a 15 car pile up. a car carrier was among the vehicles caught up in the wreck. it's still unclear whether the 15 car count from state troopers included the vehicles being hauled by the semi. two people went to the hospital - and i 70 was closed for several hours. 6th avenue westbound between kalamath and i-25 is back open this morning after a closure. denver police tweeted out they shut the road down overnight because of ice. a denver man who founded two now defunct travel start-ups is expected in court today. timothy wozniak started fresh trips which offered inexpensive luxury travel packages. he's facing identity theft and forgery charges in

good morning im corey in with gary cheryl and marty this morning. marty- what a perfect night for treaters... the town of castle the families evacuated from the plum creek neighborhood -- should be able to return home in a few hours.... police told people living in 30 homes along west prestwick way to leave their homes monday afternoon-- when they found suspicious chemicals and devices. the fbi and atf were called in to take a closer look with their advanced equipment. a hazmat decontamination area was set up near the home --- but for safety reasons - ew waited for hours before going inside. the investigation went long into the night. > castle rock police says they'll start reaching out to the evacuees by phone starting at 7 this morning. any neighbors with questions should year boys could face criminal charges in connection to the chemicals. there is no connection between the teens and recent school threats. they tell us the boy's families are cooperating. donald trump and mike pence are in pennsylvania today... focusing on obamacare -- while the f

im corey here with gary-- and marty-- cheryl is off this morning. marty- that > downtown denver took to the streets late into the night-- voicing their displeasure with our country's new president elect. this is video we took from from sky9. there's still no word this morning on just how many people were out-- but from what we know today-- no one was arrested and the protests remained peaceful. the demonstrations started in the evening over at the state capitol and moved down the 16th street mall. around 10 p.m. protestors got on auraria parkway near i-25 between pepsi center and the campus fired pepper balls out to direct the crowd away from the interstate-- but didn't fire them at protestors. people we spoke to say they just want their voices heard. while it's not exactly clear what protestors are trump supporters have their opinions. they say the demonstrations are irresponsible. protestors also took the the streets in boulder last night. at last check things did not get violent but according to the boulder daily camera-- protestors did block str
