it was 67 in st. louis, 70 degrees in kansas city. the jet stream is lifting north and much milder temperatures will be coming. it is so much milder than it was just last night. 18 degrees in the district, up and down the east coast everyone enjoying the slightly milder weather conditions. as far as the weather precipitation, we don't really have much we are watching at home. off to the north, some snow showers moving through upstate portions of new york and pennsylvania. i'm also watching a little precipitation moving into eastern west virginia. i think a lot of this will be dissipating, but folks along the allegheny front may see some drizzle or light rain, but nothing to be concerned with. for the most part, temperatures holding steady, about 34 degrees downtown, and daylight savings time returns. if you are an early riser, it may be dark. sunrise tomorrow at 7:31 but in the evening, next her hour of daylight. each day we gain about 2.5 minutes of daylight. we will continue to add to that through the summer solstice in mid-june. th
