we bring up three in particular: the mission rock women cohort, ucsf special trainings, and the india basin. although those are not related to ocii, we do gain a benefit with an increase in construction workforce of workers. next slide, please. little bit about what we have gleaned in our discussion with oewd. a deliberate focus on increasing investment in the workforce development. for this coming year, they've actually increased their budget by nearly 20 million or nearly 40 some-odd percentage, nearly 50%. quite a bit of that, certainly, 6.7 million, is within the mayor's initiative, the dream keeper initiative, focused on the african american community, but certainly, the added investment, nearly 13 million in other activities. there are some areas that you see here that's currently not funded, and those are areas as ocii would have an interest in the existing oewd to the extent that we can. i bring this up with respect to some commitments with mission bay as an example. mission bay is part of the owner participation agreement that made a commitment of contributing to [inaudible] an ora
