my name is gladice mariba and personally i have had a really bad experience with ingleside, south of a different police report and domestic violence. and two weeks ago i called 911, three men broke into my house and i know that they were sent by my ex-boyfriend to hurt me, and the officers did not arrest them because they said that i could notify the three men and i have been respectful of the police up until a year and a half ago when i found out that i am hiv positive because my e boyfriend knowingly infected me and the police have told me that is not a crime in california. for someone to knowingly infect someone with hiv. and i feel like instead of you guys focusing on attacking innocence people, you need to focus on my ex-boyfriend and who is a registered sex offend and her did 17 years in jail for raping a 14-year-old boy and i have come to you for help several times and you don't want to help me, i don't want to be the next homicide statistic and that is where it is leading he has told me that i will kill you if you keep this up he has filed restrainingorders and everything, an

could see by neighborhood there is a percentage from mission burnel area but a significant from ingleside and bay view and visitacion valley and the southeast sector of the city. knowing this and these are the new comer pathways. we have 12 of them across the different levels. at the elementary level we have stand alone sites at chinese mission center and mission education center and middle school we have pathways within the comprehension schools in these areas and we have a new comer strand there so students are able to receive support but take other classes as well and similar to high school we have new comer pathways at lincoln, marshal and sf international and also washington high school. >> excuse me ms. wong because i don't remember where is the location for chinese education and mission education center. >> chinese education is across from ports smith across and mission is in the heart of noe valley. and knowing that most of the school age children were at the high school level and they were mostly residing in the southeast sector we began to increase capacities at the high school

your attention to one of the potential landmarks that's on the designation work program which is ingleside perez resbyterian. earlier heritage petitioned to take on that designation and we have recently begun research on the site and will be preparing a landmark nomination for the site. we have an intern with us from us history department and we also have erica schulz who is a senior historical person from (inaudible) met with the reverend roland gordon from the church and also the artist of the interior collages, painted some murals that are on the entry of the church as well so we'll be looking at that, at the whole interior. we met also with members of the congregation a couple weeks ago and have a list of oral history interviewees that we will be conducting later this week. we just wanted to provide this and hoping this process works out nicely in the future and heritage can help tackle some of the landmarks on the work program. >> a quick question about that one. is that the old el ray building? >> no, different neighborhood. >> seeing there is no more public, we will close public com
