a monthly calendar was not being sent to sfpd ingleside station. fourth was that the permitee failed to comply with they revised security plan. this inspection was from october 6th, 2017. at that time, no employees had lead training certification and no training was scheduled. inspector burke said he was on-site and that both the manager romero estrada, as well as the owner, did not have california guard cards, and were not scheduled at that time. the guards arrived late that evening, past the specified time of 6:00 p.m. one arrived at 6:15, the other at 6:30 p.m. wands were not being utilized, and no metal detector was not on-site. i just want to say this really shows a history of noncompliance, not only with the violations that they received in 2014, but the revised security plan, but also seemingly a lack of concern for the bar's patrons, as well as the community as

bay, also for inland valleys of the east bay, 66, palo alto expect a high of 67 today and 61 in ingleside, north bay mid 60s as well with the breezy wind starting to pick up. as you're making plans to go out for a morning jog in san mateo or along the peninsula temperatures in the upper 40s and a few clouds here and there. then we will be making it into the low 60s. overall a nice day for that. we also will have the dia de los muertos festival in san francisco. a nice and cool evening for everyone going out for some of those celebrations. then we are getting ready for the rain set to move in early tomorrow morning. starting as spotty light rain but the roads may be a little wet. we will see that rain off and on between tomorrow and early saturday, a break saturday afternoon and another round moving in on sunday. there will be some times you can get out there and try to get in some of those outdoor activities. we are looking at some mostly light rain for the south bay up to a tenth or quarter of an inch but some of the higher rainfall amounts, i don't know if that will all play out looking
