the warmest spots will be inland in the east bay. reaching up to the lower 70s. lot of variation there. upper 60s for fremont. 60 degrees in redwood city, along the coast. half-moon bay, moving up to the middle 60s. pushing the warmer air towards the coast, around 70 in oakland and inland in the north bay. you will see the temperatures reaching up into the lower 70s as well. you have the best chance because of the downsloped winds of maybe overachieving a little bit. it will likely be a couple communities in the north bay during the afternoon. let's take a look at the rain chances that will be heading our way. far down-the-line. we have to look at the long-range forecast models. can not just look at one. the two, side by side, there are agreements, there are differences. they disagree on the specific timing of which the first wave is going to arrive. how heavy the first wave of rain will be and when the subsequent waves of rain will come in. what they agree on, waves of heavier rainfall and it may even register as an atmospheric river. the lower end of the scale.

let's look at the seven-day forecast for the entire bay area and we'll start with inland parts of the bay area where temperatures will peak on thanksgiving itself, so a mix of upper 60s and low 70s the next few days and then we settle down closer to normal temperatures, but still slightly above average through the four-day weekend. temperatures around the bay, not a whole lot different. that's what we expect in late november. we tend to narrow down the differences. temperatures reach mid-60s for the coolest days farther down the line heading into early next week and along the coast temperatures aren't quite as warm, but still nice, mid-60s likely through thanksgiving and settling into the low 60s by saturday, sunday, monday. there is no rain in sight in the seven-day forecast. the next hint of moisture probably doesn't head our way until next wednesday and thursday, the last couple days of november, something we can focus more on as we head through the thanksgiving weekend. >> we'll be thankful for the nice weather. thanks, paul. >>> up next, bay area food banks are facing unprecedent

coastal locations and inland in the last week of november don't have a lot of variation.dy's average highs are between 60 to 62 and we should be a couple degrees above that by tomorrow afternoon, should be pretty comfortable throughout most of the day. clouds thicken late day and a chance of rain showers headed our way by tomorrow night continuing into the first half of wednesday and a continuation of the unsettled pattern thursday and friday. we have scattered showers in the forecast. it's not all day rain-outs thursday and fritch, but a continuation of the generally unsettled pattern, little ripples in the atmosphere and helping squeeze out a few showers here and there. at this point we're leaving the weekend forecast dry. our rain chances aren't technically zero through the weekend. there are some signs in the long range data maybe we see a 10% to 20% chance overachieving and becoming a 30% to 40% chance of showers over the weekend. be flexible with outdoor plans. we'll try to keep you ahead of it. >>> the tsa's gift to us this holiday season, a calendar full of the cu
