morning down to 39 degrees, san jose, 37 in livermore, low 30s around the north bay valleys and inland east bayoss -- frost advisory did:00 a.m. for the north bay valleys. temperatures rebound to where the afternoon but we may be cooler tomorrow because we are expecting more high clouds during the day. the highs you saw today, looks like they apply for tomorrow as well with upper 50s and low 60s from the north bay, tri-valley, inland east bay likely being the coolest tomorrow and low to mid 60s from san jose to morgan hill. a look at the high clouds, overcast skies for your sunday afternoon and evening, no clouds a consequence in terms of rain chances just yet, might have to wait another week before the chances come back on the increase. should be nice for football weather at levi 60s, overcast sky, northwest wins about 10 to 15 miles per hour. in terms of rain chances for the week ahead, that will be staying to the north, likely mendocino county northward as we go into monday and again for wednesday into thursday, watch how this falls apart as it approaches the bay area. by december standards,

dense fog and patchy, dense fog. >> settled into parts of the east bay inland east bay and north bay,ecially in these areas right here. you're looking at some potentially very low visibility on the 101. i-80 as well as 24 crossing over to the east bay. so just take it a little bit slower this morning. give yourself plenty of time. you can see that fog right here settled into the east bay. and if you look really close, also over in the city, just on the other side of the bay, we are seeing visibility below a quarter of a mile very widespread from the coast of bayshore to our inland areas right now, we will see fog lifting on into the late morning and afternoon today. and a good dose of sunshine. but i'm fully expecting tomorrow morning to bring another dose of it as well. so even if you're looking outside the front door and saying i don't see any fog out there just a mile or 2 down the road that potential of it suddenly increasing very quickly is certainly big risk, especially if your commutes more than 5 miles low visibility for the north bay marin, sonoma and napa and solano counties

right now, the heaviest and the steadiest of the rain is in the inland east bay, right across highway four. antioch, brentwood, discovery bay, byron area. you will notice street level radar where it is coming down in the south bay. we have steady rain from san jose to willow glen, eden vale, santa clara, the santa cruz mountains getting light to moderate rain right now. and as we widen the picture here, we do have an urban and small stream flood advisory that extends from the southern part of our viewing area, all the way down towards the big sur region, and that is because this level three storm is now a level two, but it is not completely done yet. so let me show you what is in effect, coastal flood warning until saturday at 2 p.m. that's because high tides are going to coincide with these building waves. a high surf warning also in effect until 2 p.m. tomorrow. point arena waves right now 18 footers, large breakers between 28 and 33ft with ice isolated 40 foot waves means dangerous swimming and surfing conditions. here's a live view from our santa cruz camera, where the waves have

as we look at the inland east bay, right around danville, san ramon acosta boulevard, 680. watch out . a coastal flood advisory has been issued that starts at 5 a.m. tomorrow until 9 a.m. tomorrow, and that is because high tide is coming up around 640, and that is going to lead to some minor coastal flooding. 6.9 to 7.2 feet. so just keep that in mind, especially if you're going to be out and about near the bay shoreline or along parts of the coast. here's a look at the storm concerns as we're still dealing with water on the roadways. standing water on the roadways. a lot of it has receded, but now we're getting saturated and the rain is falling on top of saturated ground. localized flooding certainly possible power outages, a low likelihood thunder chance, a low likelihood. so it's really key. the flooding concerns. that's in that moderate to high category area of low pressure spinning off our coast. this is the last in the series for this week that has been pulling up the moisture . we got drenched this morning across parts of the bay area. rain is now falling, not just h
