mike inouye is monitoring the situation. sounds as if it was one of the multiaccidents where the person was killed not in the first accident, but in the second. >> what are it sounds like is a person initially hit the yellow barrel at the off-ramp. the traffic flow splits to the off-ramp and the initial impact didn't cause major damage to the car. it looked like the person got out of the car and she was hit by another car that came through the area. that caused the situation and she was lying dead in the roadway when the chp was called and the coroner is heading to the scene. three lanes are blocked before you get to 238 as an alternate. eastbound over to northbound 238 as the morning continues. right now a lighter volume is allowing traffic to flow in the one lane for the time being. plan on eastbound 580. the forecast as we look for the volume is that as the traffic builds, we are looking at a 5:00 arrival and we are looking at 5:30 or 5:45 and that's not a good time. the traffic will really build at that time. >> stay wit
