city and has been -- installation. this should be less than that contemplated by the eir. the engineers are here to answer any questions you have about the testing protocol. the project would not increase the visual impact of the tower. there are some technical questions regarding the installation or the tower itself. the power operates as the primary communications facility. we are lucky to have it. there is a conditional use authorization which authorizes all forms of radio communication on the tower. it makes sense that the type of insulation is you are considering be centralized in location to the tower. this is to minimize the impact of the remaining areas of the city. we request that the planning commission uphold the building permits as amended by the neighborhood agreement in 2008 and referred to by mr. crawford and those have been intended to apply to all of these permits for this tower. this includes mandatory structural inspection and discussions with neighborhood organizations. thank you and we remain open

it's a very effective and cheap and safe installation process. thin film has a smaller, a lesser efficiency. half as efficient but it's about half the cost. so if you look at it, a small system 1.2 kilowatt systems, it produces 1.2 kill what's in full sun or 1,200 watts. in crystal lynn it could would take 500 panels. in thin film it would take this much space. they would produce the same and at current prices they cost close to the same. let's look at the typical system components here and i'll show you how they're laid out on the house in a minute. we know what the array is. they're hooked together. they're mounted to the roof by rails and mounts. they're hooked together with wires and switches and things like that we call that the balance of the system. it's a relatively minor component as far as price goes. so your array is mounted to the roof. it's wired to the inverter which is a simple device that changes d.c. current to a.c. current. that's all it does. it fits on the side of the house next to the meter typically and isn't very large. abo

a lot of the work featured in the exhibition and a lot of the installations are handmade objects.here is a lot of do-it-yourself aesthetic and that handmade do-it-yourself feeling is something that mimics the idea and the reality of the alternative world making that we're trying to represent here as far as the self-sufficient community goes. gallery three features work that relates to the ideas of self-determinenism, alternative world making and utopia. visits can still participate in this -- visitors can still participate in this project. during the opening, we invite visitors to come in and try on these costumes, pose in front of the backdrop. he was really inspired by comic books that he read as growing up and thinks of this space as a post-apocalyptic monster portrait gallery where people can remain genderless once they put on the costumes. we think it's important that this be happening in san francisco, which is considered an ekpe center of the queer actual cure. the majority of the queer cultural events happen in june which has been designated as the pride month. which to me

do i need to tell you how unsightly it is and how poorly installed it is? the crew has worked until 10:00 p.m. and on saturday and sunday, to complete their work, and it seemed to go on and on. the first thing i wondered is where else are they installing these things? are we just unlucky on our street? there is one a single block away and two more within a four-block radius. it seems to me that this proliferation goes against any intention to ultimately buried the utilities underground, like the area immediately surrounding us. while constant exposure to one of vice might not offend, according to the fcc standards, how about this kind of density? who is asking these questions on our behalf? are they being asked? the more i research, the more i learn how my hands are tied -- how our hands are tied as residents and homeowners as far as what we can do about this, i understand that the new regulations will allow for an appeal in two years when the permit comes up for renewal. we have to live up to the monthly service crews, and the fear that this equipment migh
