i think about andy grove of intel. we want more of him here in the united states. we don't want them starting intel in china or friends. we want them started here. there is a lot we can do for making sure that high-skilled immigrants who come here, study, we paid for their college degrees and given them scholarships and given them this training. let's make sure that if they want to reinvest and make their future here in america they can. point number two is you have on skilled workers here who are living in the shadows. they are contributing to our economy and all sorts of ways. they are working in the agricultural sector. they are in restaurants. they are in communities across the country looking after children and helping to build america. they are scared. they feel as if they are locked out of their surroundings. they did brickle law. they have to take responsibility for that. they should pay a fine. they should learn english. they should go to the back of the lines of a don't automatically get citizenship, but there should be a pathway for them to get legalized
