comment a minute ago, that was a comment that director general grossy from the iea, the international atomic energy agencythese -- that they're heading toward a breakout, that knows they are, that they're not allowing anybody to inspect their facilities primarily at fordo which is where they're developing capabilities to develop a nuclear weapon. we talk about a breakout, that's the ability to develop a nuclear weapon in a certain amount of time out there. and they've got -- they're enriching uranium beyond what we had in 2015 which was 4 or 5%. they're at 60% enrichment of uranium. you get to 90%, you're at weapons grade enrichment. that's where they're heading to. they're going to talk and push it a little bit. we're going to find within a year there's a breakout and there's nothing we can do about it, now you've got a destabilized middle east with nuclear we pons. that's what president trump -- weapons. that's what president trump was concerned about. the team they have is the team they had with obama. two of the parties that are working the deal are the russians and chinese. they're no friends of ours

there is anyone i feel bad for -- and my heart goes out to -- it is the head of the international atomic energy agencythis man has worked overtime to go to tehran several times to find patchwork agreements, to try to get iran to hold its feet to the fire a little bit longer, to try to find workarounds on some of iran's nuclear violations. to do what it takes to verify iran has been rolling back. the iaea has faced numerous challenges, not only those created in 2021. including harassment of female nuclear inspectors inside iran. this is a story that got a brief amount of publicity, but i think it is gross. of course, the unanswered questions about the man-made traces -- the traces of man-made uranium at three different sites from 2020. the ie -- the iaea did not receive sufficient answers. there are lots of things the regime has done to cut at the eyes and ears and inspection capabilities of the iaea inside iran. they are doing this intentionally. they are doing this to put blinders on while growing the program, to generate concerns, to force the west to come to the table and give up everything upfront

last week director grossy from the international atomic energy agency was rebuffed in vienna when he break-out. that's what we're heading. i don't think we'll do anything with the sanctions. it is a losing proposition. the current negotiator, the same negotiator in 2015 is the u.s. negotiator now. >> benjamin: if they are heading for a break-out and the deal is no good how should we respond to iran's potential break-out? >> i think we made a huge mistake by trying to take off the sanctions or even talking to the iranians. president trump saw this. the reason why we did not want to go through and we pulled out of the 2015 deal was because all the provisions had sunset provisions. they would expire anyway. he wanted to make them permanent and why he put the sanctions on them. the only way you make this thing work if you make those sanctions permanent so they do not have a nuclear program and a program that you can actually inspect. they are not allowing any inspectors into any of the facilities especially one facility. that's where they will enrich the uranium and do the break-out. >>
