new record show it may be the most dangerous interstate in america. meredith is here to explain. >> it really depends on how you look at the data. this particular data coming from federal traffic crash statistics between 2010 and 2015, company called ever quote calculated the number of crashes per mile i-4 is america's deadliest stretch of highway. it breaks down those number of fatalities as we said they are per mile so i-4 is 132 miles long. that is between tampa and daytona. there have been 1.4 traffic deaths per mile in the past 6 years. the survey also indicates that distracted driving is the largest factor cell phone use ranks as the top distractor. i-4 has been on a number of top most dangerous interstate for the past couple of years. now, the interstate has the dubious distinction of being number one. >> when you think of all the tour buses that are on i-4, lots of family members with kids because of the theme parks you really have to watch out. also the daily drivers. cameras that are going to show us the roads clogged up. . >>> the taurus wa

good on 89 from concord to the upr as is interstate 95. this report is brought to you by minuteman health. romney -- from the wzid traffic network i'm deb davidson for , 95.7 wzid. sean: one woman is dead after a crash on i-93 in manchester. parts of the interstate were closed for several hours while investigators were on scene. wmur's ray brewer joins us with what we've learned overnight. state police say one woman was killed in the crash on 93 south, just before the 293 split monday evening. investigators say it appears a ford f-350 was driving south when it came upon slow moving holiday traffic. the 50-year-old driver was unable to stop in time, hitting several other vehicles. one of those vehicles rolled over, killing 62-year-old cynthia perkins of derry. no one else was seriously injured. been filed, but the crash remains under investigation. this makes at least five deadly crashes in new hampshire that claimed six lives since reporting in bedford, ray friday. brewer, wmur news 9. sean: we now know the name of a teen who was killed in
