i think they are just confused on the law is not intentionally trying to take the ioc not intentionallyring and scare tactics to politically try to deter people from supporting it. at the end of the day it has to be signed by the president. once it is hopefully wada will help co—ordinate if they choose to. it's ironic that their messaging oi'i to. it's ironic that their messaging on this is exactly the same as the russians. all this is trying to do is to protect the investment of us money and us athletes and frankly, athletes from around the world that compete in these events at the rules are supposed to matter and be upheld. unfortunately that's not always the case was up when it's not the case if us money is involved they will be upheld. and will be held accountable. even if this does lead to some confusion as you claim it will definitely lead to overlapping laws in different jurisdictions instead of a single set of rules for all athletes and coaches and sponsors around the world. that's another sound bite from wada. i don't think it's accurate. it may provide a gap, it may fill a gap
