irving fryar played his high school football in mount holly and this morning he he supposed to come to the courtroom whether or not he will accept a guilty plea that comes with the five-year prison term. back in june he was here last, judge in fryra's mortgage fraud case gave him and his mom whether or not to accept that plea deal that will set his mother freon probation but send fryar to prison for five -- for five years, he is 51 years old right now. this is a state attorney general case, and judge james palmer was saying hey you've got the to decide if not you go to trial and could face a whole lot more prison time plus your mother who is now 72 or 80 depending on what age you believe in these reports that have come out since this case first came public. she could also go to prison if they decided to pass on the plea bargain. the the guy that the fryars blame where they got five separate mortgages in six days on the mother's house and walked away with $690,000 in 2009 the guy they were working with in that case has pleaded guilty and he has agreed to testify against the fryars. big
